Tomorrow is my surgery, so my food will be off. Can't eat (or drink!) after midnight tonight, until after the procedure tomorrow, about 3:PM.
Food for the day:
1 Watermelon
5 Large White Peaches
2 lbs Cherries
1 Pint Grape Tomatoes
1 Small Avocado
Approximately 2400 calories, 84% carb/10% fat / 6% protein
Water:
About 2 liters so far, will continue drinking additional until I go to bed…

I was in a big hurry for dinner and gulped a giant smoothie down in record time. Won't make that mistake again...felt like cr*p for at least an hour after.
Food for the day:
1.5 Liters Banana/Carob Smoothie
12 Black Velvet Apricots
645g Black Grapes
Giant Banana/Peach Smoothie (5 bananas, 7 peaches)
Approximately 2500 calories

I was looking though the Tough Mudder website and got all intimidated. This 14 months is going to fly by, so I need to make the most of it.

Salad of 1 Large Pineapple, 1 Romaine Heart, and 1/2 Large English Cucumuber

I'm wondering if Tough Mudder is too lofty a goal, but I am going to give it my best shot. Super happy with today's accomplishments!
