Hallo,ich wollte wissen, ob jemand hierhin faehrt und an einer Fahrgemeinschaft interessiert ist. Ich kann fahren oder fahre auch gerne woanders mit.Im Ernstfall, habe ich sogar ausser mir noch sieben Plaetze im Auto (dann muessten aber alle ihr Kram aufm Schoss haben) ;-). Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I'm an american living in germany... been here for a long, long time. planning on moving back to the U.S. some time soon... in about 4 years. Fruit has always been my fav...even when candy was may favorite "food", deep down i knew if I had to decide for one food to live on - it would have been fruit. I had trouble digesting cooked foods for 20 years... until two years ago i decided just not to eat anything cooked anymore... but then i missed bread and cereal and cheese and milk... i didn't know there was a raw food community out here. I didn't google it back then. so i just switched bewteen eating some fruits and carrots and eating bread and candy.and then i started eating totally unhealthy (candy, cake etc.) Then about a half a year ago after eating almost only candy for months i saw this ad for a video online... i watched it and was instantly informed and ordered lots of books about raw veganism and in february this year I went 100% raw and started to inform myself with all kinds of raw websites and videos until i came upon 80/10/10. that made sense. i heard about 30BaD on some of the videos I watched. Since february I've had four "set backs" when I ate something not raw. But I made sure to use each set back as a lesson and really observe what's going on in my body, in my mind etc when i eat non raw "food"... my last set back was TODAY... that's why I'm signing up... need to be in contact with more lfrv people. even if i keep on having set backs, there is no queston that lfrv is my lifstyle. so i am not worried at all about falling back into an unhealthy lifestyle but these short escapades on cheese or bread do bother me.
did i tell you guys enough about me for starts?

well i suppose I do have some questions... like: my nails are all soft and tear easily since I'm on HCRV what could i be doing wrong? I have this crack at teh corner of my mouth but on the outside, just a crack... but it must mean something... some people say it has to do with the liver... where could that be coming from. I've lost 15 kilos since febraury - and the first kilos went really quickly... now I've been staying around the same weight for quite a while... but I am not skinny - just "normal". I'm okay with that - I am not complaining but I am wondering if i am doing something wrong?
Questions like that might come up along the way for me.

oh and there wasn't a line saying that I've read 80/10/10 half way through... but that's how far I am... i'm always reading about 10 to 20 books at one time so it takes longer to get through one.
