"I personally believe that insoles just exacerbate the problem by not allowing the foot to move naturally. Similar to keeping a limb in a cast... the muscles atrophy and the limb loses mobility and strength. "

New Job at Raw bar

So Iam starting to work with new Raw food bar, here in Vilnius. As a PR/copywriter. Sometimes i wish to make smoothies for people there, maybe on weekends. So Iam happy about this new project. SO excited.

I will follow 80/10/10, and i know what you are thinking about gourment raw food, but maybe there are people from raw food restaurants who wants to share their experience?

Would be lovely.

Week before I had doubts that iam not builed for this diet. My stomach was bigger and bloated. So I stopped taking food after my evening routine. And now its great. I feel back to normal, stomach is great, everything is great. Maybe its accidently came to this. Since straight from running I'am going to bed and better sleeping. Now iam focused on breathing technique while running and push ups. Something i need to be better at.

Iam starting my run at 19.30/20.00 and running home…

Doubts

After three weeks of being 100% i ate cooked food. Burned my mouth and now it hurts. And it was not that great in taste. But also I don't feel tragic about that or failed. Why I did that? Yesterday I saw this lady Heather on youtube crying that 811 is not a diet for everyone, that people will gain weight and find them selfs at the point where they will drop it.
