I am a health seeker living in sunny Florida. For the last decade I have researched and tried almost every type of alternative medicine and "diet". I am currently a vegan but have suffered two rounds of cancer, radiation, and ongoing problems with systemic candida. I look forward to learning more about this lifestyle to add to my wellness plan to regain my healthy, vitality, and optimal weight, once and for all. I am an avid fitness lover and love studying topics such as detoxification, colon health, and other healing practices.
