I've been a vegetarian for about 3 years now and recently switched to vegan for ethical reasons. I've always been active and was a dancer for about 15 years, dancing at least 15 hours a week. Now I'm in nursing school and for my first year I didn't exercise at all and ate terrible. BUT this summer I've started to work out again and feel so much better, so I've decided that as long as I'm eating a vegan diet, it might as well be the healthiest possible :) I've seen some great 80/10/10 results, and while I'm not ready to give up cooked food yet I'm interested in slowly transitioning to at least mostly raw fruits and veggies :)

I would like to feel healthier and look healthier. Even when I was a dancer I didn't have the toned body I desired. Now that I'm working out more I feel that it's possible but I'm struggling with getting rid of some stubborn fat (about 10 pounds..that being said, I'm well aware that I could lose the fat and still be the same weight with muscle and am totally fine with that). I'm not looking for instant results by any means, but would like to know that what I'm eating won't put on more fat and will hopefully increase my energy! :D
