Juicing your greens?

Hi Guys! Was just wondering, do any of you juice your vegetables on the 811? I like eating spinach, romaine, etc...but sometimes I just don't have the time to eat a whole bunch with work and school…

oh Im not that far, I juice my lettuce and Im happy that I can drink it at least. I cant imagine to munch a whole head of lettuce. I dont like the taste. And I hate it in my smoothies. For me the best combination is lettuce - apple juice in the morn…
I think if you do it with respect with good food combining it probably won't kill you
If it did, I know plenty of raw fooders who would be dead men/womyn walking.
You could try multitasking - munch while you're doing homework, watching TV, listening to music. I find it pretty easy to chow down a head of lettuce through an episode of Whose Line Is It Anyway.
Guilty! I love my celery juice + banana smoothies ;-) If you blend the green juice with a few pieces of fruit there will be fibre present to slow down absorption and help with digestion.
I like to juice the difficult to digest greens and root vegs on occasion....
Whole carrots with the greens, beets with the greens, kale, cabbage....
The tender greens... I eat them.. and frankly.. really enjoy chewing them.. !
