Now the reason I'm sitting here typing this is entirely selfish, only natural of a person of a certain age, im told. I'm tiring of defending myself against criticisms of this lifestyle alone.…Continue

What u sayin,
Ok straight in. I haven't written a blog in so long, for anybody who minds, I'm just unforgivably lazy, pity me lazy people work the hardest! Besides I've been far too busy enjoying everything! working out and running (barefoot) the wonderful fresh air. The Autumn colours are beautiful aren't they, i've never seen them like this before, so vivid. Maybe all this fresh fruit is making my eye sight better, In fact it seems to be making everything…

Hello people,
I have not posted a blog in an unforgivable mount of time! 8 days to be exact! IM SORRY. I feel bad enough as it it. I've had a hard time maintaining my strength in the face of others judgement in these initial stages of being HCRV. Seriously f*** them. This high carb thing is working for me hugely, working out is frikn amazing im sweating less than my instructors! Im gaining muscle, i feel great. I'm also joining a road cycling club next week at some point,…

It's just fun really isn't it. Discovering new tastes and loves, like a new lease of life. I feel great. Workouts are great. I ate too fast this morning (a mini watermelon) but you live, you learn.
Went to the market today... (I wont eat them until they are ripe don't worry) Big Love …
James bananaman Bailey said… different things can be a cause of it, for me I cut myself behind my knee cap at work and thought nothing of it. three weeks later I woke up and my knee was the size of a football. from there I had an allergic reaction to the antibiotics, the infection went from my knee to my blood, terrible medical 'care' and the rest was almost history! :(
after 9/12 months I walked out of hospital and kind of instinctively lived on mainly carrots and apples, (and then porridge and jam/dried fruit) for six months whilst doing a series of short waterfasts, (ranging from 4 – 8 days most of which were 6 days). also after a couple of months like this started running again but only upto about 5km, which was really hard as at the time as I struggled just to walk! Once I was able to start trying to run that when the improvements started to happen alot faster – pumping the lymphatic system – alot came out – not pretty)! that was all five years ago and since then I slipped back into destructive ‘social’ behaviours all be it with a slightly better lifestyle. However the last 2/3 years I came back to living life and started to actually read/listen to lectures about diet, nutrition, raw food and water fasting - it would have been VERY helpful to know all of this then!! ;)
:D - I've been a bananaman for little over a year now – it’s the greatest thing I've ever done for myself - I love it.
what do I really want? – to live and experience life! :D
...start my own permiculture farm - to live with the SUN in everyday of my life! <3 - why wouldn't you want that??!
Before that though there is the little mater of running across the country, running a 100 miler and an ironman distance tri – it’s an amazing thing, our bodies. Something that is all to easterly taken for granted.
...make sure you rest enough whilst your ill :)
James bananaman Bailey said… ahaha :D ...how did you know I call everyone dude??!
its ok - pretty good - but just ok because I want to take it far....far away from the permanent hole it almost was - I meet a chap a couple of weeks or so ago and it has really reminded me of just what I want. He also had septicaemia - he's now a quadriplegic. Its so heart ranching - so f****** scary. poor dude :(
...thats why you never stop - always strive - always go forward - always more...
:)
