Hi ya everyone, I joined 30bad months ago but this is my first post as I'm currently going through a separation and have yet to commit myself 100% to a raw vegan diet. I've kicked the beer and processed foods and am now making the transition to a high raw diet. I'm only on day 3 and so far its been 90% fruit.
