Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. Detailed responses will only be accepted (feel free to reapply with more detail if at first not approved as a member). We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: After years of yo-yo dieting, anorexia, bingeing, feeling guilty then restricting. Trying every health fad diet out there paleo, vegan, 4 hour body etc. I have finally come to the realization that a. I LOVE FRUIT b. I cannot restrict carbohydrates/sugar because it leads me to bingeing on artificial sugars/carbohydrates c. this is the most green/sustainable way to live and it just makes sense.

I think i've continually been drawn back to the raw foods community but have yet to fully commit myself to it. After stepping on the scale and facing my demons. I've finally had enough. I'm tired of feeling drained with no energy, I should be able to exercise and be eager to get out of bed. I'm only 26 years young. It is time I take back the control over my health and stick to a proper lifestyle that promotes wellness, vibrance and energy! Woo hoo! I'm excited :)
