Hi all :)I was eating 811 for about 3 weeks and it already gave me very nice results. In the beginning I saw it as an experiment, but it quickly became obvious to me that I would never want to eat…Continue

When do you eat your last fruit?

Started this discussion. Last reply by Myca May 5, 2012. 2 Replies

Hi everyone :)Before I tried 811 I was eating vegan, but mostly cooked and rather fat. I used to have my last meal at about 17:00 or 18:00, because it made me just get up easier and more refreshed in…Continue

Increased heart rate

Since i switched to a nearly fruitarian diet (about 2 weeks ago) I noticed my heart rate quite increased. I used to have a pulse of about 50-60, now it's an estimated (not mesured) 80-100. Is this…Continue

Rice

I was trying to go 100% lfrv an first, but I ended up with some problems. So I realized that I was just moving too fast and for me, it seemed like a slower transition would fit me better. So I "allowed" myself to have one cooked vegan meal at night, but very soon not so much cooked things seemed to interest me any more, everything made me tired, slow, get up hard next morning, ...So what remains now of my "cooked vegan meal" is a huge salad mixed with a portion of (unsalted) rice, sometimes…See More

I found out that this kind of diet is surely the best nutrition :)

But I currently have problems to keep it 100% just because I am not organised enough. My first approach was simply too fast, now I realize that I confused the goal with the way ;) Will learn...

To reply on your discussion called "rice", I do NOT do well with rice. I don't know if it's because I'm female and you're male and my digestive system is just...weaker? It makes me think foggy, feel tired and I bloat like Im a pregnant woman.

I do better on root vegetables like potatoes and sweet potatoes. I supplement with some fruit and lotsa greens. Veggies like carrots  and broccoli dont appeal to me though.

Ive gained much weigh eating this way ! YAAAAAAY!!! I was lookinso gaunt eating fruits. also feel less stressed ... Fruity diet is too much expensive and trying to budget it  was too hard and I ended p depressed about it. Plus the fruits variety here in quebec is so poor, as well thye quality.

its a good think freelee and durianrider support the use of starch in case of emergency. Its a good thing or else I would have gone crazy and felt "stuck", as their words were so precious to me and I was close minded to other diet..... bad bad..

Sorry I didint reply on your discussion but I didint want to  bring back an old thread as some people find it annoying ?
