Hi there,I've been on and off raw for a little over a year now. But going strong now a few months. Before I was I bad Vegan for about two years and a really really bad vegetarian for another two years before that.I went veggie and then vegan for all the right reasons, ethics, environment and of course to loose the weight.I was feeling good RAW but consuming too many fats.
