I am currently doing LFRV, have been predominantly raw for several months however sometimes get into these cycles of really missing eggs and avocados - then go on an egg feast (fried in coconut oil and topped with salsa) for about a week before coming back to raw. I've only recently begun focusing on fruits as the core of my diet and previously focused more on green tossed salads, green smoothies - including hemp, flax and chia seeds as well as lecithin. I am interested in dropping 15-20 lbs but it doesn't seem to be happening - so started researching to find out what I'm doing wrong. Fat in my diet may be the issue; am trying out the fruit based, low fat diet to see if it mobilizes the extra fat I'm carrying around . . . also want to see how it effects my overall health and well being. I'm grateful to have found this site to learn from what others have experienced - and to participate in this internet community, add my questions/comments.

Are you logging your food intake/calories on nutridiary or similar? If you wake up hungry at night likely you simply didn't eat enough during the day. Women should aim for about 2500 calories daily- which is A LOT of fruit if you're not used to it- lots of volume.
