i get bored easily and yearn for change of some sort on a regular basis, but i find focusing my energy on eating raw, and spending my free time being active, entertained, playing, being busy and being outside and having fun helps me stay rooted. Once i start getting too bored, BAM i have to change a part of my life drastically.

Im up for trying pretty much anything. New experiances and learning is a big thumbs up for me.

i love to travel. anywhere, everywhere and however. Its my greatest goal/yearning/whatever in life. travel as much as i can, and not to all these resorts either, but off the beaten tracks. roughing it and peeing in holes in the ground is what i want to do!

Need to shape up for a holiday in 2 months...insanity recommended?

vegan bodybuilder in glossy mag

I was reading a girls glossy mag fron a few month ago and there was a spead of a body builder mum. I was reading it and she said that she is a vegan and is completly natrual!

I was so chuffed that the mag did an article on a vegan athelete, she was a great model of vegany goodness!

now someone just needs to tell her about LFRV!!

im becoming acidic!

When i ate more salad and less fruit i was pretty alkaline (using pee sticks) and since i have been eating more fruit, in the last couple of days my body has rapidly become acidic.

Im not even eating acidic fruit.

should i up the greens and slow down the fruit...or just wait?
