Day 2

Had a very busy day today but completely stayed on track!Breakfast- peach, celery, banana smoothy Snack- handful of blueberries, cucumber salad Lunch- tomato, mushroom salad (dressing was raw miso, white vinegar, water and liquid aminos) Snack- 6 dates, handful of grapes Dinner- raw peach/blueberry cobbler mmm I felt great today. I didn't do cardio today, but I had a full day of massage clients and added leg lifts while doing the massages so my arms and legs did get me burning extra calories…See More

I am so excited to be doing this! I'm going about this a little in the dark. All I know is that I need to do this- to commit to something great and stand by my commitment. I'm so fed up with myself for constantly struggling with binging, sweets addiction and emotional eating. I have constantly struggled with binge addiction and sweet addiction. Regardless of the way I feel afterwards- the aching stomach, the guilt, the desire to be healthy and to be slim- the struggle continues. I need a physical and psychological paradym shift that radically brings fourth control and change. I'm tired of being completely out of control with my eating. 3 months ago I discovered Freelea while doing a short juice fast. I later found Dr. Graham and am now reading 811 and absorbing his teaching like a sponge. I'm ready to do a completely raw vegan challenge. I see this challenge as a great opportunity to teach myself self-control as I clean my body and make life-lasting eating changes.

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....
I love the documentary "Forks Over Knives" and highly recomend it. Besides eating fruit I also love being outdoors (gardening, going to the beach, hiking, horseback riding) practising yoga, playing with my furry kids (2 dogs and a cat), doing crafts, singing and playing my guitar. I'm an entrepreneur and have been self-employeed for 3 years.
