Had a very busy day today but completely stayed on track!
Breakfast- peach, celery, banana smoothy
Snack- handful of blueberries, cucumber salad
Lunch- tomato, mushroom salad (dressing was raw miso, white vinegar, water and liquid aminos)
Snack- 6 dates, handful of grapes

I am so excited to be doing this! I'm going about this a little in the dark. All I know is that I need to do this- to commit to something great and stand by my commitment. I'm so fed up with myself for constantly struggling with binging, sweets addiction and emotional eating. Its time to conquer these battles and take control.
