Hey everyone!

I'm Paulina. I don't post a lot just sometimes.... but I love Free and harley! hehe

Okay, I was aiming for a 100% raw October, but that didn't work out. So Now I am aiming for 30 days 100% raw, starting on October, and today is Day 3, so that's a positive step! :)

So, I've just decided tonight that I am going to do 100% raw in October! Wow! It will just about be my first whole raw month since I ate 100% raw for a year and half, which stopped around December 2007. That means I've probably been into and known about raw foods for about 5 years, pretty cool!

Thank you for your words of experience and advice..it really helped. i have to admit...eating enough calories is something i do get a little confused with but i eat as much as i can. I do hope to order David wolfe's book soon and i just cannot wait until he comes to adelaide.
sorry i wasn't there last Wednesday, i couldn't make it. But i would love to try and make the next one. When is it? :D the best days for me is mon, thurs, fri but no matter what it is i will try to work around it...just ehm where was it again?
