I'm a 53 year old and I've just started a vegan diet. I had been a vegeterian for many years, but I read the 80/10/10 book and I am really stoked about a vegan lifestyle.

We're here to help you make our team! Let us know what HCRV assistance do you need?: Need assistance on exercise - how much should one do for one's lifestyle. I am a surgical technologist, on my feet for 8 hours a day, lifting heavy trays, etc. I walk 1.5 miles a day, but I know I need to do more. Looking for advice on exercise for my age (53) and lifestyle.
