Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. Detailed responses will only be accepted (feel free to reapply with more detail if at first not approved as a member). We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: i'm totally new to 811 but am loving it so far. I'm enjoying eating lots of fruit and can't understand why I was so clueless about it before. I did a juice fast for 30 days but on my 23 day of it I heard an interview with Dr Doug Graham and they asked him about juicing. After listening to his response i decided to end the juice the next day and do total fruit for the rest of the 30 days. I went 10 days strong LFRV and then had one cooked meal. Now I've been eating raw all day but usually have a vegan meal at night but I'm not getting the results that i was in the beginning. I'm holding strong and have major changes but I'm not completely raw at the moment. my diet is 70-80 % fruit.

I was really shocked today to discover that Marilyn Diamond who has been a strong proponent of the vegetarian diet now is eating meat. I looked online and this is what I found as her response to someone questioning her about the change... I would love to hear your thoughts on this because I'm thrown by this.
