I came across 30bad about 2 years ago after reading Dr Doug and Dr kline,s books.I have gravitated to the HCLF way of life due to what everyone on this site knows as the failures and consequences of high fat raw vegan eating. And after quite a while of passively being part of this community I now think it is time I joined in, asked a few questions and posted some comments.

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....: I love learning new stuff, so all documentaries and non-fiction books would be right up there. Im also in to any novels that are thought provoking. Stephan Baxter/Arthur C Clarke are cracking authors.And just getting out there and doing it, life is quick, got to make the most of it.

The fruit is actually prickly pear which is a cactus fruit that grows on a cactus. The photos of the red bulbs on the cactus is the fruit and once peeled turns out like you saw in the bowl. It comes in 3 major colours, deep pinkish red, bright orange and green/yellow. They are so delicious and are one of my favourite fruits and I've tasted more kinds of fruit than the average person haha.
