I need to know how I can successful stay 80/10/10 LFRV without using vegetable oils, not too much nuts and seeds, dried fruits. I want to start with natural hygiene and sport.
30bad is a HCRV (high carb, raw vegan) internet community which promotes a high carb raw lifestyle free of any animal products. Our forum does not tolerate encouragement of anything contrary to HCRV. Olaf, your discussion on the Japanese eating contests is simply far too off-topic for 30BaD and has been deleted. It has nothing to do with living 811 HCRV and the video glorifies the consumption of animal products for sport. Please be more mindful when deciding what to post here. Remember, we're a vegan site specifically designed to help people live the HCRV lifestyle, not a site to engage in side discussions on animal-product eating contexts, or the effects of such actions on health.
I do often explain this to somebody when asked, although sometimes ill explain the health aspect as well..depends on my mood and who it is (:
Yes, people who justify eating meat because its just always been done that way are committing a miserable debate fallacy. People have always murdered, too. And raped women and abused children. The fact that it has always been done is NOT viable justification for any action. I normally say that, when somebody tells me we've just always eaten meat, so its the way we should behave.
