We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I went high fat raw (not vegan as I was using honey) 5 years ago and stayed that way for 2 months before switching to cooked vegetarian as I was constantly hungry on raw. I tried going back to raw (high fat) numerous times after that but would always end up eating cooked vegetarian. I went high carb vegan - predominantly raw - a year ago. I still have cooked vegan meals now and again. I am currently doing banana island and feeling great!
