I found this place through the greatness of the world wide web. I have dabbled in this way of eating for a long time since it was a way i felt energized and not ill. I never thought to keep it as a permanent way of life and so I am still a newbie since I have not been able to stick to it for longer than 2 weeks. I have been mostly a vegetarian since december 2011 and off junk food since february 2012. Now on veggies fruits and nuts only for 1 week.
