It has been almost 1 year since I started as a raw foodist, a long and very gradual process until a friend told me about 80/10/10 which I though it was extreme due to the amount of fruits you have to eat but then I started to read about it and it made all sense to me, plus I was losing weight being raw vegan and this new method would help to gain that weight and even get the correct one so I decided to start.
I've been LFRV since late March 2012 and I love it. Very easy to follow and I really enjoying eating just fresh food, plus I have not lose any weight which is great for my goal.
I haven't read the 80/10/10 but I will read it as soon as I finish my last Nestor Palmetti book :)
Hope to meet people all around the world that way we can share opinions and learn from everyone :D

I will comply because I like totally agree with all this
I don't know if I answered your question on how to increase your chest size.
Here is my quick recommendations:
1. Bench press of course 3 sets of 8 reps of about 70-80% of your 1RM and up the weight when you get all 24 reps in. If you want to include one or two "dropsets" lower weight to really get a good pump do those, too.
2. Flies and dips, will help build the chest, too. (however I don't recommend too much heavy dips, I have heard people really injurying themselves with those)
3. If you don't equipment, pushups definitely do help. When you get good do one handed ones and/or add some weight or ask a hottie to sit on you while you do a couple.
4. Be consistent, have goals, get good regular sleep, and do everything you can to be the best you can.
