Here is my quick recommendations:
1. Bench press of course 3 sets of 8 reps of about 70-80% of your 1RM and up the weight when you get all 24 reps in. If you want to include one or two "dropsets" lower weight to really get a good pump do those, too.
2. Flies and dips, will help build the chest, too. (however I don't recommend too much heavy dips, I have heard people really injurying themselves with those)
3. If you don't equipment, pushups definitely do help. When you get good do one handed ones and/or add some weight or ask a hottie to sit on you while you do a couple.
4. Be consistent, have goals, get good regular sleep, and do everything you can to be the best you can.
