I am a raw food natural hygiene based certified fasting physician. I am also a Chiropractic Doctor. I have been a raw foodist since 1998.

Please tell us about your dietary inclinations:: YES. I have been on a low fat raw vegan diet before the 80-10-10 book existed.

Reading "The 80-10-10 Diet" by Dr Doug Graham is vital for succeeding on this lifestyle. Please acquire this book as soon as possible.: YES. We have the book here at our retreat as well. I also have a copy of the book at my farm in Kenya. On my farm in Kenya we grow 20 varieties of bananas. The best bananas on the planet.
