I saw a talk online by Gary Yourofsky and began looking for more information and advice on vegetarianism, after seeing a few of Freelea and Durianriders videos I bought the 80/10/10 book by Dr Graham and decided to go LFRV.

I will admit its a lot to adjust too, lots of habits to break, but I do feel so much better raw and I have noticed the positive responses from the body even after such a short time!

I still do have the occasional 'vegetarian' meal when I'm out and I had registered here before and had a look around before I finished Dr Grahams book.

I'm really looking for more information and advice on how I can best integrate LFRV into my life and receive all the benefits it offers.
