We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I have been doing a Raw/Vegan diet for almost two years, and have yet to get the results i want. I did 80/10/10 for a week and felt amazing! I only stopped due to lack of trust, and induced fear from others. Im looking forward to starting up again and having this community here to support me.

Please tell us about your dietary inclinations:: 2.12.11, i am 100% RV, with varying degrees of fat. My goal is to find a balance. Who knows it might be 60-20-20? : )

Reading "The 80-10-10 Diet" by Dr Doug Graham is vital for succeeding on this lifestyle. Please acquire this book as soon as possible.: I have not, looking forward to getting it!
