There are already a lot of Oakland/Berkeley people in the SF Bay group, and it would be redundant to have a separate group, especially since East Bay people sometimes come to North Bay meetups, and vice versa. If you want to get Oakland stuff together, you can post it in the SF Bay group no problem, and people are already there to see your threads.

There are quite a few East Bay people in there, who I'm sure would love to go to a meetup if you want to put one together. Not much has gone on in the group since my friend Dave left the country and he and I stopped organizing get-togethers, but there's a need there if you want to put anything together!
