I recently saw Harley on youtube when looking up raw recipes. I've struggled w/ my health the past several years and have been searching for a simple, healthy diet. I was very excited when I heard him suggest (first time I heard it) that eating just fruit was not just a possibility, but fabulous and healthy way of life. Have been eating mostly raw for 3 days and much of my inflammation and pain has subsided. I can play w/ my 4 yr old and 2 yr old and be a better mom.. Looking forward to learning more and eating tons of freaking fruit!! :):)

Let us know what HCRV assistance do you need?: Need help w/ cravings, community (as it's such a huge life change and even culture change), how to find HCRV in my area, (raw restaurants). Also would like some education on some of the chemical aspects of how the body heals itself on this diet and have a question/concern on glycogen. I've been to Fred Bisci (I know you're not a huge fan:) and want to know your take on his opinion that if you're having fruit frequently, that it is a 'high' and eventually you will come down off it, and that somehow this is a 'crash' of some sort. He seemed to think it was some kind of 'overcharged' way of being (too much sugar or something, I suppose). Just curious to know more.
