my name is michail-rolandos mousouris.i am a student and i used to be a fat kid so one day i decided to lose weight.i was 82 kilos back then at 1.74 height.so i found a book called greek doctors diet of dr lindbergs, which is a low carb programm that helped me lose weight, sure i lost weight but i felt like crap had some emotional issues, i looked skinny and so later i wanted to pack on mass so i started bodybuilding and getting advice from bodybuilding experts from menshealth and the internet like vince del monte, dave ruel, lee hayward and low-carb heads like them, and started getting all the supplements they were advicing like protein powders and multivitamins fish oils, breaking egg whites every day for gods sake and eating chicken breasts and have a low-carb high cholesterol diet .i was hitting the gym or i ran every day,and i knew my performance could have been better.so one day i saw yuris raw vegan eating for energy, which is quite good book and i somehow cameout at harleys video about cravings on raw diet and isaw the 2$ 30bananasaday and said why shouldnt i try it?so i downloaded and i was amazed after following it for only 3 days so many carbs from fruits made me feel great!and so i am here continuing this raw vegan lifestyle and enjoying life to the fullest!

Thank you Mixali! I have already started to learn the Greek with the Rosetta Stone pack. It's really good fun. I hope I can speak a little bit before we go to Greece at the end of June. We are off for two weeks, hopefully to Anafi, maybe Sikinos and probably Naxos again where we were last year. I can't wait!
Thank you for adding me. I hope to receive the Greek pack from Rosetta Stone for Christmas this year so I will start to learn Greek from that! I am a bit nervous because I think Greek is one of the more difficult languages to learn. It is certainly difficult to read. I like to go to Greece every summer on holiday and I would like to know more than a few words. Wish me luck!
