"Maybe talk to local producers and see how they grow their fruit and veg. Often you can find organic produce that isn't labeled as such, but that has been grown pretty naturally. Also, peel fruits like apples and pears to avoid chemical residues…"

organic fruit ?

Hi guys i just started the 80-10-10 diet. I am from southamerica i know you can find a lot of different fruits, very delicious, but the problem is that in my country they dont sell organic fruit and i wanted to know if there was a problem with this i am just eating normal fruit now but this could affect me in the future or something ? i know that organic fruit is better but what can i do? could give me some suggestions? i would appreciate thanks!See More
