I am doing well and expanding my services. I enjoy when my clients are satisfied from my services too. I am organizing with 2 other people in my area a Pre-Valentines Day event of mix and mingle of raw vegans, fruitarians etc.
Ok thanks.. yeah I think my lack of power now is because I haven't been doing the weight lifting for the past 5 months or so as I've been touring around.. I just did some cardio.. before I used to be in the gym like 5 days a week.. I sure miss the good after workout rush and increased strength in my legs. after the leg recovery I would literally feel like I will ripp the pavement off when walking down the street:) gym rocks!
:) aha cool. I sometimes find it hard to get enough protein in - whenever I measure with Cronometer I get around 40g or so. nuts might add a bit extra.. I seem to have lost quite some power after going raw. nowhere near your weights.. working on it though..:) keep in touch man! Peter
