I have tried raw diets, clean eating before and was obviously missing a trick! As a trainer I think I should explore and try things for myself before I introduce it to any clients, this is why I am exploring here...
I have also gone through a little bad health, stress (like many of us do) and have gained weight. I am tired, sluggish, de-motivated, fed up and looking for motivation from like minded people. I have read and studied and find that after a while all the information becomes too much to take in and I think I need to simplify...
So after messaging Paul (Bliss training - Face book) he suggested I look in here as it will most likely help me.

Assistance, I need lots! I tried it before but something was missing as I always hungry... Didn't feel energised... and want to explore this properly with the right guidance and support.
I currently do eat meat - does this mean I fail to gain entry straight away?! But I was vegetarian for 6/7 years as a child (8-13ish yrs old) I think moving back to my mum may have been the reason his changed (mum and dad divorced when I was 8) do you want to actually know all this...LOL!
