I've been a raw-fooder for six years. I've never heard much about the 80/10/10 lifestyle until recently. I a m thrilled by this plan and have been transitioning to the practice for the past month. Athletically,I run, practice yoga, cycle, and do weight training. In other aspects of life, I am a Mom, a Licensed Acupuncturist, and nutritional consultant.
