Well, hello there. I am here because I am overweight and unhealthy and I'm look to make a change. I have been following Freelee, or 'The Banana Girl' and Durianrider on YouTube and Facebook for a while, along with a few others who follow the same sort of diet plan. I really feel like there must be something to all of this, and I have tried it on my own with little success. So, I am hoping that with the help of this community I can ask questions, and get the helpful answers that I'm looking for that can help me succeed. I am looking to lose about 80 pounds to be at a healthy weight, and to gain better overall health. A goal for me would be to start running, which I am extremely scared to do, due to self conscious, and embarrassment. I would like to try a 5k race in my area and go for it by next spring. I WANT TO BE HEALTHY!!! ...and I want one of those beautiful fruit bodies! ;)

I need SUPPORT, and information... And, well.. Okay, this might sound silly, but up to this point, it has been my biggest problem. My issue is, I go out and buy like 150 bananas for myself, all at different ripenesses, so that, as I eat the ripe ones, new ones are ripening... So far, I either run out of ripe food to eat, or my fruit over ripens before I can eat it. Which I don't live super close to the grocery store, so it's not like I can run over every time I need some more fruit. I try to do a weekly haul. So anyway, there I am.. Left with no edible fruit, and that is when I fall off the wagon, and reach for crap. That is my biggest issue at this point, and I would like to know what other people do to avoid this to the best of their ability? Thanks.

BTW your goals are totally doable! Get the book, read it and dig around on here. I know that 80 lbs may seem like such a long distance type of goal, but stick to the plan, make the right decisions day by day and before you know it you'll be feeling better than ever and then all of a sudden you'll have achieved your goals.... just watch! :)
