"Christina was on a domestic flight, where fresh food is not a problem. International travel is another story. Don't check with the airport, but check with the Guatemalan customs office."

Hello all,So I am traveling to Guatemala in December and I was wondering if anyone knew the polices on traveling with food? I think I will have access to markets and such when I get there but I don't know their polices on organics and I don't speak spanish so I will have to depend on an interpreter. Hello all,My water supply is contaminated with fluoride and who knows what eles so I drink bottled water. I don't like drinking out of plastic but I figure it's better than fluoride and chemicals. 100% Pure??

Has anyone tried the make up brand 100% pure? I heard about it in a Megan Elizabeth video and am intrigued. I stopped wearing make up last summer because I don't want chemicals and synthetics clogging my skin or being absorbed into my body. The only thing I do now is apply blackberry to my lashes to have a mascara sort of look (also learned from Megan's videos) . We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: My name is Michelle and I am a 20 year old preschool teacher at a daycare center in MA. I found 30BaD through another raw blog that I follow. I have been following a (mostly) raw diet for almost a year now and am always looking for new information and opinions. Raw vegan food=Love. It's not just a way of eating, it is an eye opening experience to the horror that is the standard american diet. I began looking into alternative ways of eating about a year and a half ago when I came to terms with my gluten intolerance. It amazed me how much what we put into our bodies affects how we feel physically and mentally. I discovered the raw food diet and was absolutely fascinated. I am eager to meet like minded people.
