"Going to experiment with this too, do you know if citrus kills bacteria, or does it just mask odor? I know that alcohol and baking soda are known to kill bacteria and thus address the root cause of the formation of body odor."

Hi I am Michael from the Netherlands. I have been a vegetarian for about 6 years, raw vegan for about a year. Switched back to cooked foods about two years ago, gained some weight. After watching various DR vids on Youtube I decided to give lfrv a shot. Been 90% lfrv for about 6 weeks now and lost about 6 kilo's (went from 80 to 74KG) and took about 3 minutes of my 10K in running. My goal is to run a HM within 1h30m coming August fueled on fruit and become a 100% lfrv.

Cheers,
Michael
