Excess Sugar

If you are doing 955 and unable to exercise due to injury or illness what happens to the excess sugar? If it went on long enough might it cause a candida problem even if one was avoiding overt fats.See More

Organic Fruit Supplies in Mandurah, Armadale or Rockingham

I'm temporarily staying in Serpentine, Western Australia and looking for organic fruit suppliers in the area if anyone can help please? The nearest cities to me are at least 35km away and include Mandurah, Armadale and Rockingham. These would probably be my best bet as I'd prefer not to go all the way up to Perth which is about 70km. See More

Been Advised To Go Low Carb

I got really ill back in July at the onset of the Australian winter and have had a full on relapse of chronic fatigue since and have had to stop working again. Prior to that I was doing well on the 80/10/10 diet for about 9 months. As I've been making no progress out of desperation I decided to do a $600 Smart DNA profile that my acupuncture doctor advised. This is the future of medicine he told me because everybody's gene profile is different and also changes due to lifestyle, diet etc. He…See More

Hi, EarthMonkey, How are you? Glad to know you! We are getting the warmest winter that we have ever had this winter. I like it but hope our fruit  and vegetable crops are ok for this year. We are used to having winter here. I think you chose very well to go on this plan. A number of people that have joined have some of your issues.  I wish you the best. I am on it for health and weight control issues. I love the support that you can have on this site! People are friendly. There is alot of information to mull over! Good Luck!

Hi EarthMonkey,

That's great. You will have an amazing and very inspiring Sunday!!!

We will leave Tassie on the 25of May. I think we will be in Perth in June.

I would be so happy to meet the group there.

Everything starts small....

I wish you all the best.

Hi amazing EarthMonkey,

This sounds great! I think we will be in Perth in June. We will leave Tasmania in the end of may.

I would love to catch up with other raw food people.

I can even imagine to live in greater Perth for a while.

How many 80 10 10 people are there?

How often do you catch up?

I am getting excited...

Happy days!

Christine
