I am trying to get healthy, and find the more I read about being raw, the more it appeals to me. When I was in my late teens I ate following a modified fit for life( i ate lots of fruit instead of all the cooked processed food they recommended and I was the healthyest i'd ever been, I would like to find that again. And as in any journey having others around you who understand, helps make it easier to get where you want to be. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

currently my favriot movie is fat, sick and nearly dead. I don't read much anymore as I'm a writer now and have a hard time not editing other people's work. I mostly read nonfiction that is health based. before that my fav's were, Jim Butcher, and Patricia briggs.

I don't know what to eat other then salad and fruit. I don't own a dehidrator and I see alot of recipes call for one. I own a blender, and I just got a juicer given to me that likes to vibrate off of the counter so I have to hold it with both hands and get my five yearold to feed it. its a work out :) I Just want to be healthy again, for her. and This seems like the best path, because no matter what i do if i just look at meat i gain 10 pounds, and I'm not joking, I've let the SAD livestile go on long enough and I'm in for a change, I've been mostly 100 % for a week now, mostly drinking pulpy juices, I've fallen off twice and had some top romaine. I want to learn how to not fall off and gorge myself on the closest peice of dead flesh, because it grosses me out,but its a habit and I want to change it.
