Hello everyone, It's been a while since I've posted a blog, I've got a lot of neat updates =)I decided to go to a local farmers market to get some fruit, mainly because I thought it would be cheaper, and would have a better chance at being organic and ripe. Hello Everyone, been a couple days since writing a new blog. Everything is going well. Still experiencing withdrawal symptoms, but they are getting better day by day. Hello everyone, I'm still going in the right direction with raw foods, but I'm having some severe withdrawal symptoms. When I resist things like pizza my brain feels like it's on fire, and It takes all the energy out of me, and I just shut down. Can anyone out there relate to what I'm going through? Hello everyone, I've been experiencing some detox symptoms lately from the raw food, like skin breakouts, and also some rash and itchiness. Did you all experience common symptoms when transitioning to raw foods?
