We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: Destined to be a fruit muncher, I have always been called helen-melon, a nickname that has carried through to my performer alias, melongirl. I feel like this is where I am meant to be now, although this journey seems tough and lonely at times. Thankfully I have my beautiful partner by my side to support me and be with me on this journey. I have been battling with chronic fatigue (since I contracted glandular fever almost 2 years ago), hyperhidrosis, depression and insomnia, which I hope to correct with this diet.

Reading "The 80-10-10 Diet" by Dr Doug Graham is vital for succeeding on this lifestyle. Please acquire this book as soon as possible.: I will read the book again!!
