Vegan Pregnancy Books

Hey everyone!I will be preparing to conceive this year. Can anyone who had a vegan pregnancy, please recommend some good books. I have one and I find it a little unhelpful... the author is ok with the expectant mother taking prescription meds and other similar things that I disagree with.I'd like a natural, vegan, pregnancy book. Any and all suggestions MORE than welcomed!! Thanks in advance,Mango MegSee More

I started my journey to wellness with yoga. I was seeing friends getting results I desired by practicing yoga and I knew I had to get involved. Soon after practicing, I changed. I was no longer driven by outward results (although they were there). It had lead me in to a whole other direction of holistic living and awareness. This soon encompassed everything in my life. After much reading and watching of videos online, I came across Freelee and Durian Rider. I became very deeply intrigued with what they had to say. I can say that between the 2 of them and food documentaries that I was practicly inhaling, I totally changed what was lacking in my holistic approach to life. That is TRUE compassion for animals. My previous thinking was so flawed in that aspect. But I can say that they both have changed my life. I feel better than ever when I eat now. No more guilt from all that FAT and no more ingesting flesh, along negative energy stored from the horrendous life the creature suffered for my tastebuds. I am lighter and happier than I have ever been in my life. My desire to maintain a HCRV lifestyle (I KNOW) will further my path to enlightenment and living in love with the planet and with my fellow creatures that we share it with.
