My understanding is that they don't even have a Whole Foods. I know the Dates will be plentiful. Oranges and bananas should be easy enough as well.Continue

Today I spent the day running on my elliptical for about 5 miles and working out in my gym and shopping for fruit. It was a great day even though it rained all day. We seem to be getting more than our fair share of rain this Fall/Winter but I cannot complain compared to those poor folks in the mid-west - god bless them.
We have a market in Berkeley, CA called Berkeley Bowl that has THE LARGEST selection of organic produce in the NATION!! No doubt, and I am just now starting to…

RawPeruana said… Thanks for sharing with me. I'm curious as to what routes people who have built muscle are going.
I'm a small frame too and going a little below 2,500 works so much better for me too.
Thanks again Maya :)
RawPeruana said… Thank you so much for the info. It helped a lot.
I'm very petite also and I feel satisfied at about 2,000-2,300 cals of fruit.
So have you tried before eating at least 2,500 calories like it is recommended on here??
Your garden is so inspirational !
RawPeruana said… Hi Maya Papaya,
I noticed your great physique :)
I am in need of some advice going about building muscle on 811. What type of training are you doing? and how much and what fruits are you eating?

Fruitman said… Hi Maya,
I love Brazil! I haven't seen much yet, but so far it is amazing. I'm just worried about the winter which is about to start. It gets kinda cold at nights (59F) :)
I'm here as a permanent immigrant :)
Have you been to Brazil?
Chris said… Maya,
My preference is probably for Hennessy Hammocks, but the Clark Jungle Hammock is a good product.
Thanks for the friend request
