I want to run a marathon next summer. This winter I am going to set weekly and monthly goals and stick with them to be prepared way in advance.
I am going back to core strength training. Deadlifts, squats, abs and a variety of body weight excersize will be done twice per week. I want to begin to practice the steps that lead to yoga (not the crap they have around here).
