"Why dont you eat frozen young peas? They are cheap as well and easy on digestion. I eat them almost daily. Peanuts is another legume which u can eat raw as well"

"they are not easy on digestion because they are a kind of pulses. if they aren't cooked they would be harder on digestion.   are you 100% lfrv?"

"I agree, I buy a load of bananas from a market near my work on Friday and leave them in my office, by Monday they are ready to be eaten. Is there a place near your work where you can buy bananas?"

"Take them to work when they are firm and let them ripen there. Can you put them in a reusable shopping bag and dangle them off the handle bars?"

"I live carfree and travel by bike to work. Blending is the only solution I have found to work. I also highly recommend Klein Kanteen 64 oz containers. They are stainless steel, light enough and are huge. They are a little pricey, but worth it."

"Cut them up - make sure they are RIPE with brown spots.  Put the frozen chunks in a blender with some more fruit and blend them together.  They keep all day if kept cool. "
