"I've never had the 200 but had the 705 and 405 and I would upload 2 gb maps on the 705. The 200 has a mini USB port and can be used as data storage device. I don't know if it reads .gpx natively but you can convert the files with other…"

This will be a short one, but hopefully it will inspire.A month ago, I bought cleats for my bicycle shoes. I have Look 247 pedals and they use Look Delta cleats. I went to a store local to my job. They handed me Vangàrd cleats. They are copies of Look's own Delta-cleats. Although they are roughly $5 cheaper than Look's cleats, they are utter crap:…See More

A Marathon A Day

I read a news story today about a lady in Denmark who has decided to complete one(1) entire marathon a day for a full year. Her decision is a spiteful reaction to her recent, unfortunate diagnosis of sclerosis. The story was relatively short, thus lacking a few details, but I assume that she is already an avid runner, and I certainly hope that she has already completed a marathon at least once in her life before. I get that she wants to maximize her physical activity, but full marathon? She is…See More

"I think my comment may have come across misunderstood. I didn't mean that you ask of others to prove that God doesn't exist, I'm merely saying that it is what the discussion often leads to."

I'm a musician, but I also work in the healthcare industry. I recently took up bike riding again, as many of my friends are into it as well. In my research for finding the right kind of bike, I came across Harley's YouTube channel "durianriders". Almost instantly, I became a fan and have embraced the vegan lifestyle. I love being energized and losing weight while being healthy!

Guidance in maintaining proper nutrition. Making sure I'm not lacking certain vitamins and minerals. Bananas are expensive, but will be my foundation for my diet. Otherwise, carrots and potatoes and rice are available foods. More exotic foods like mangos and papayas of good quality are not easily found in Denmark.

I came upon this clip a couple of days ago:

"RECOVERING FROM 80/10/10 AND A FRUITARIAN DIET #379"

SecretsOfLongevity speaks against 80/10/10, to which I comment that people fail when they don't fully pay attention. I also remind him that his bland setup and quick verbal…
