I want to buy my bike from a store that will also fit me to the bike. cycleworld says they do a bike fit with any purchase of a bike. which I like. I want to know if there are other stores that also do this. so far, cycleworld looks like the best bet. I would like it to be free with it because I would rather not pay for a bike fit. Even if this one is not top notch, done by a uni professor that has been fitting bikes for 10 years... it should be good enough. Cycleworld also says they :Price…See More

I'm moving to Sydney, gave my old bike to my younger brother. I'm looking for a bike that is durable, so aluminium bike looks good. Most good aluminium bikes have a composite fork (carbon, is this something I should try to avoid? because i worry about it snapping. How much can I push a carbon fork? Can i only ride it on road, or can I ride it on a pretty stable trail that is mainly gravel and flat. I can't really avoid the carbon forks at the 1500 mark. I understand carbon is also meant to…See More

Was on youtube about 9 months ago and was lookimg at the fukisima tsumami videos showing how fast they travel. On the side one of durianriders videos was reccommended; the ones about big spiders etc. Clicked on it , I was really bored... then saw one about about a cyst, durianrider said at the end it was necause of dairy, he said to go vegan.

This influenced me and two days later I read an peer reviewed article about how caesin protein causes acne. Hormonal acne.
It sort of all snowballed from there, have been vegan for two months now and getting clearer skin, fitter and stronger by the day.
