How to lose weight and still get a baby!

Dear RT4 Babes,I am sure many of you know what it feels like to have a food baby. You eat a ton of food, realize that you have developed a very large Buddha Belly and feel pregnant, then several hours later your baby is gone. I bet those of you trying to lose weight are nervous about getting pregnant with The Triplets: Carby, Banana, and Jean-Jackfruit. Well, how is it even possible to lose weight and still get pregnant each night?Honestly, I have no idea. All I can say is...have faith. Eat…See More

"I just went to a cooked vegan diet in college. No point in staying raw/high raw. If there were ripe bananas out, I would mono meal them, but otherwise I would just eat oatmeal, rice, potatoes, pasta very night with some veggies"

Resolutions for 2017

2017 is going to be full of change! Trump is president, I'm graduating HS and moving to another state for college, and I will be running my second marathon in May. As for my resolutions, I'm still choosing them, but my first one is definitely staying on RT4 for as long as possible. I say "for as long as possible" because I don't think I'll be able to eat as much fresh fruit and veggies when I go to college with the meal-plan I chose and the options available for vegans. So, does anybody have…See More

"I have minor cases of this. I eat so many dates, it's not even funny. You know those 12-16 ounce boxes (1 lb) of dates. That's like dessert for me. Sometimes I eat them after I eat potatoes for dinner... I know, I'm a bad follower.…"

My sister went vegetarian in 2014 and I was curious about it. I was never a fan of meat, so I decided to be a pescetarian. Then, in January 2014 I decided to go lacto-ovo-vegetarian. By Febuary of 2015 I had given up all dairy, but I still ate eggs and honey. I tried going vegan all the way, but when I went to Vietnam I went back to eating eggs for two weeks. When I returned, I knew it was time to go all vegan. My move into veganism was purely selfish, because I was struggling with an ED and needed a way to restrict what I ate. Little did I know that I would eat more types of food as a vegan then before! I abused my body by restricting most foods because I was afraid of becoming fat. I followed RT4 down to the penny, not eating ANY oil, nuts or seeds, cooked foods before 4 (or dinner whenever that was), and I was overexercising. As a result, I lost my period for almost ten months, my hair fell out, and my skin was super dry. It was my fault for not eating enough...but to get my period back I had to eat 3000+ calories a day, Starch Solution plus 1-2 avocados and a cup of nuts a day. I gained twenty pounds in four months, got my period back, but still hated myself. So...I went back to RT4, but this time I eat 2,000+ calories a day and run shorter, slower distances. I'm slowly increasing my mileage, and I'm doing well. I've lost fifteen pounds in 5 months and I'm eating what I want when I want. I'd love to go fully raw, but I'm not restricting myself to it. If I feel like potatoes or rice, then I'll eat potatoes and rice (not at the same time).
