We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: In 2010, my friend introduced a book 80-10-10 to me and I bought it but just read one or two chapters. Last Oct, I began to have interest in fruitarian diet and met a friend who is fruitarian on line.So I tried 3days of only fruit diet but failed finally because the 4th day I went to attend a retreat, where only Chinese rice , fried vegetables were available. In 2011 Jan, I began the fruit
diet again but during this one month, I still have quite a lof of desire to cooked food, esp starchy vegetables.
I wish I can continue my 811 diet and hope I can get some help here.
