We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I have been vegatarian for 30 years and vegan for one year. I tried raw vegan about a year ago but couldn't keep it up. Finally I tried again, I was ready this time, finding out about 801010 really got me hooked again and expalined things so well for me, I never knew how much fat was enough and was eating far too much. I do have difficulty when in social occasions and just devour coooked foods, I am doing pretty goo overall though. Great to be involved with you all, this really spurs me on. Thanks so much!
