We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: Hi! I've been vegan for 13 years, but unfortunately got lazy about eating well. Even though my blood work is excellent, I found that I don't have a normal, healthy level of energy. I've been working on eating more fresh fruit and vegetables every day while cutting coffee and diet sodas. I'm already noticing a difference and am looking for support and ideas to continue towards a HCRV diet. I hope it makes the difference I am looking for.

Ironically, I used to HATE bananas and hardly ate any for YEARS. I thought they smelled disgusting and didn't like the texture. This is a very humbling moment. :)

Reading "The 80-10-10 Diet" by Dr Doug Graham is vital for succeeding on this lifestyle. Please acquire this book as soon as possible.: I will read the book again!!
